Scope and accountability

This policy applies to personal information Leadsscape collects through this website, its Lead System Assessment, Contact form, booking handoff, and direct communications. Leadsscape is responsible for information under its control, including information processed by service providers on its behalf.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, business name, business email, phone number, website URL, industry, approximate lead volume, current CRM, contact preferences, inquiry details, consent choices, submission time, source page, and limited campaign attribution information.

Our systems may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and anti-spam or security signals. Do not submit confidential client data, passwords, payment information, health information, or other sensitive information through general inquiry forms.

Purposes

We use information to receive and assess inquiries, respond through authorized channels, create or update operational CRM records, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, coordinate booking and human follow-up, maintain security, troubleshoot delivery, improve our services, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not claim that website submissions are automatically scored, qualified by AI, or enrolled in outbound automation unless that function is separately approved, enabled, and disclosed.

Consent and communications

Required inquiry consent authorizes Leadsscape to respond to the specific request through the channels you select. It is separate from optional marketing consent. If you separately opt in to marketing, you may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent operational messages needed to complete an existing request or service relationship where permitted by law.

Service providers and transfers

Leadsscape may use hosting, security, CRM, scheduling, email-delivery, analytics, and other operational providers to process information only for authorized business purposes. Current intake architecture may use WordPress, Cloudflare Turnstile, GoHighLevel, and approved email infrastructure. Providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions, where it may be subject to local law.

We do not sell personal information submitted through our website forms.

Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including inquiry follow-up, service delivery, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type and relationship. Information that is no longer required is deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of, subject to backup and legal-retention cycles.

Safeguards

Leadsscape uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Current website controls include server-side validation, request nonces, anti-spam measures, restricted configuration, replay protection, sanitized operational logging, and controlled integration access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask about the personal information Leadsscape holds about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required or permitted by law.
